1. General
These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through the Marble Forged Wagyu website or any associated sales channels. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms, along with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Product Availability & Preorders
Marble Forged Wagyu operates on a small-batch and preorder model to ensure freshness and minimize waste. Availability is subject to seasonal production and stock levels. If an item is unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and offer an alternative product or store credit.

3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment must be received in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Prices and offers are subject to change without notice.

4. Delivery & Handling
Orders are processed and dispatched according to our scheduled delivery cycles. All products are packed and transported under strict temperature control.
Ownership and risk in the goods pass to the customer upon delivery to the nominated address. Marble Forged Wagyu is not liable for delays or issues arising from courier handling once dispatched.

5. Storage & Responsibility
Customers are responsible for promptly refrigerating or freezing all products upon receipt. We cannot accept responsibility for spoilage caused by improper storage, delayed collection, or incorrect handling after delivery.

6. Refunds & Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not offered for change of mind. In cases of damage, incorrect delivery, or quality concerns, please refer to our Refund Policy for resolution options.

7. Errors & Inaccuracies
While we make every effort to ensure information on our website is accurate, errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors and cancel or amend affected orders prior to delivery.

8. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
